Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from our U.S. fulfillment center within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Orders may require additional processing time if the shipping address is incomplete, payment verification is required, or unexpected circumstances affect fulfillment.

Free Worldwide Shipping

ENUOSUMA provides free standard shipping worldwide. No minimum purchase amount is required.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 7 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. ENUOSUMA does not control these charges. Customers should contact their local customs authority for additional information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking information shows that the package has been lost, contact us with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.
