30-Day Return and Refund Policy

ENUOSUMA offers a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

For a non-defective product to qualify for return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All accessories, manuals, packaging, and promotional items must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or an ENUOSUMA order number is required.

Products damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accidental damage, liquid exposure, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a non-defective return.

Starting a Return

Before returning a product, contact service@e-ran.com.cn and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs or video if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not return a product without prior authorization. Return instructions and recipient information will be provided after the return request is approved.

Packages sent without prior authorization might not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or different from the item ordered, ENUOSUMA will cover the approved return shipping cost.

If the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product, or no longer wants the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

International customs duties, taxes, and charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
